We’ve recently commenced our 5-year strategy on ‘Equity at Work’ which is focused on ensuring inclusion, fairness, and consistency in all that we do. We know our industry needs to attract more underrepresented talent to be able to keep on doing what we do and therefore getting ED&I on the agenda in every organisation within our Industry is so important. Whilst we are just at the start of our ‘Equity at Work’ journey, our long-term aspiration is to be able to inspire others in this area.
We are ONE organisation working together as a team to provide the very best for our membership and industry.

Compliance and Quality is at the forefront of everything we do, for both our membership and our people. That’s why we have developed an ILM recognised programme for our existing and potential leaders, to ensure the highest standard of quality and professionalism in the fundamental areas of leadership.
Everything that we do at the RHA has to have Relevance and value both internally but most importantly to both our membership and the wider Industry. Relevance is key to the way in which we have shaped our 6 key priorities this year; Skills, Environment, Costs and Regulation, Facilities, International and Infrastructure.
